International shipping tracking can have gaps β your package is still moving even when tracking doesn't update. Give it the full estimated delivery window before reaching out.
"It's past the estimated delivery date"

"I received the wrong item or it's damaged"
Take a photo and email blackmosaicweare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement β no return needed for damaged items.
